New Album Review: Donna Summers - Crayons [2008]

The Queen of Disco is BACK! Donna Summers is set to drop her brand new album titled "Crayons" in stores and online everywhere, May 20th 2008. I had the chance to preview the album and i must say she has still got it after all this time. She worked with alot of well-known artist and producers of today on this project. For those of you who don't know who Donna Summers is she is the queen of R&B/Soul & Disco music back in the early 70's who brought you hits like "MacArthur Park", "Hot Stuff", & "Love To Love You" just to name a few. This new album has that feel of her old school disco days with a definate mix of new age sounds. It's packed with hard hitting dance tracks, to nice tropical type ballads that just take you to another place. This is definately a cool album to check out if your a fan of Donna Summers or just a fan of Dance music in general, I know im going to pick it up for sure go to DONNASUMMERS.COM for more info on the album and to preview some of the songs.
