I think that "The Declaration" is one of Ashanti's best albums to date in my opinion. Rockin Some Of My Birthday Gear + My New Vans,Ice Creams, & Converse Kickz!

Well I was suprised I got some really dope gifts this year for my Birthday! I was bored so i wanted to post some of the pics of the new gear i'm rockin. I got some new Vans, BBC Ice Creams, & Converse Kicks, An Evisu trucker hat and Ed Hardy cap. I love vintage tees my sister got me this dope "Bob Marley" t-shirt and i got a few others, a lot of the styles i'm into are politically, enviromently, of musically driven, But I mos definately try and stand apart from the rest. I also got a GAP and vintage Yves Saint Laurent trench coat. Plus my mom and sister took me out to dinner and this fly restaraunt named "La Cheavel". To top it off I got a bundle of new movies and cds, So i can't complain! You know what that means though i'm getting socks & stocking stuffers for Christmas! =P j/k

I'm really into fashion, But i'm also into saving and making good with what i got or what's affordable. I didn't want to sound like a brand whore haha j/k!! Anyway what is your personal style and tell me what are some of your favorite gear your rockin this season??

Music News: Attack Of The Fans!!

Well just recently someone e-mailed me about a group of fans that went to a Wal-Mart to purchase Brandy's hot new album "Human", But picked up Beyonce,Musiq, & Common's album and threw them in the trash bins?!

This is just crazy that Brandy fans would do such a thing, I mean I love Brandy and believe her album will do well no matter what. This is her new album in over 4 years and it was one of the most highly anticapated comebacks of the year, I bought all 4 albums they are fantastic!

*Beyonce's "I Am... Sasha Fierce" is a wonderful album that is currently at #1 on the charts, Album in stores now!

*Musiq Soulchild always brings that classic soul and has added a new twist on this new album "OnMyRadio" every song is a hit also in stores now!

*Common's just a genius lyrically and is a icon in the hip-hop world for his unique style and artistic independence on this new record "Universal Mind Control" in stores NOW!

*Brandy's "Human" is also a very great album, showcasing that her beautiful voice only gets better with age. It's been 4 years since Brandy's last album and she is already a lengendary artist. "Human" in stores NOW!

So i don't believe there is any need for these fans to be trashing any of these albums, In my opinion these are 4 of the best albums that have been released in the past couple months! I mean i love T-Pain, Ludacris, & Kanye's albums too, But we're talking about the 4 albums above haha. What do you think about this story? I think it's crazy if it's true, plus I'm sure those Wal-Mart employees were pissed if it did really happen. HAHA!

Well lately i've noticed that tons of blogs have been getting deleted and I don't want that to happen to mine. I love being able to share new music and videos with you all, But i work very hard on designing this page and dedicate some bits of time i have to post on here. I don't think i am going to post anymore download links to other artist music (unless it is my own music,since i'm also an artist.) I mean i will continue to post the internet videos i find of new music updates online, But as far as links go no more sorry guys! I don't want to risk my page being deleted. I do intend on promoting all the artist to my best ability and promote that you purchase their music LEGALLY weather it be online or in store. Recently i've been going back out and purchasing my favorite albums in stores and it's exciting reminds me of when i was younger, purchasing them online isn't the same haha. Simon Fuller is one of the most successful artist managers of all time and is known for his work. Simon Fuller is also the co-creator and executive producer of the US hit talent series "So You Think You Can Dance" and several other US and European TV programs. He is the manager of a group of very seasoned artist including David and Victoria Beckham, Claudia Schiffer, Annie Lennox, Spice Girls, Carrie Underwood, Will Young, and many other artists.

Sources close to SONY/BMG confirm Kelly will announce Simon as her new manager at the top of 2009!

I was just reading this over at "Fresh & Fab" and it seems pretty legit! Give me your opinions on this topic, I love Destiny's Child as a whole and have supported their solo efforts as well. I've always felt that Kelly & Michelle haven't always got to shine like they deserve to though. Ecspecially Kelly, I mean she is just as good and has the most beautiful vocal range i have ever heard. She was the harmony in Destiny's Child. If this is true it might be a very good decision for her to make indeed.

My only issue with Britney is that she never sings live at all. I'm not hating,Because I think she is an awesome dancer & entertainer. Hopefully as time goes on during the promotion of this new album she builds more confidence to sing live & dance harder like she used to. I mean you can see the passion coming back, but you can tell she is kind of making sure not to make mistakes and taking baby steps.

The media really messed up her confidence i feel for her. I watched "Britney:For The Record" and it really gives you a more up-close on who she really is as a person. I think a lot of people pre judge her too quickly. I haven't been one of her biggest fans, but i do admire her strength to even step back on the scene.
