This is the video for the track "Whatever" the lead single off EnVogue's album "EV3". The album was released back in 1997, it didn't do as good as it should have. I think it was a dope album, just love it! I picked it as the "Halloween Video Of The Moment" because it just has that creepy type Frankenstin vibe or old spooky abandoned hospital haha.
